What is In-Store Pickup?

In-Store Pickup is a new way to shop Urban Outfitters. For some of our items, you can place your order online and pick it up in a store near you!

Which stores have In-Store Pickup?

Use the In-Store Availablity feature on the product detail page to find a participating store. We're adding new In-Store Pickup store locations each week!

How do I place an order for In-Store Pickup?

Click on the In-Store Availability section on the product detail page to see In-Store Pickup availability. If the item is currently available for pickup, there will be an option to Buy Online + Pick Up within 24 hours. If the item is not currently in stock, but is available to ship to the store, there will be an option to Buy Online + Pick Up within 4-6 days. In both cases, you will receive an order confirmation email that the order has been placed and a second email once the item is ready. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup email before going to the store to pick up the item.

How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive an email once the order is ready for pickup. If you ordered items that are available within 24 hours and items that are available within 4-6 days, you will receive one email once the first set of items is ready and a second email once the second set of items are ready. You can pick them up immediately upon being ready, or you can wait until the second set is ready and come to pick them up all at once.

Where in the store can I pick up my order?

Each store may have a separate pick up location - please check your Ready for Pickup email to see the exact pick up location in your store. Once you arrive at the store, there will also be clear signage to direct you to the correct location or you can ask any employee to help direct you.

How long will orders be held in the store?

Items that are ready within 24 hours will be held for 96 hours after you receive your Ready for Pickup email. You will receive an email once the item is ready for pickup, a reminder email 24 hours later, and a cancelation email if you do not pick up the order within 96 hours.

Items that are ready within 4-6 days will be held for 96 hours after you receive your Ready for Pickup email. You will receive an email once the item is ready, a reminder 48 hours later, and a cancelation email if you do not pick up the order within 96 hours.

When will I be charged?

Your payment will be authorized when you create your order and a hold will appear on your account, but you will not be charged until you pick up your order in the store.
